The Fun and Honor Society of the Marine Corps League, was founded in 1939 and named after the “Devil Dogs” of WWI. Members advance through degrees—Pup, Devil Dog, and Pedigreed Devil Dog—with unique ceremonies; fostering camaraderie and supporting charitable causes while preserving Marine Corps traditions and promoting American ideals.​​

The Marine Corps League Auxiliary (MCLA) supports the Marine Corps League through patriotic service, volunteerism, and community projects. Founded in 1937, it includes spouses, family members, and friends of Marines and FMF Corpsmen. The MCLA participates in charitable efforts and supports Marines, veterans, and their families.​​​
